Thermalhotel Leitner

We liked this hotel. The booking-manager was very friendly. We were allowed to be accommodated with a dog. The price is high but in this region it’s quite normal. Breakfast was good! The big advantage is that the visiting the thermal pool is included in total price (Schaffelbad is extra). Moreover, you can get the pool from the hotel in your bathrobes 👍

The dinner in the evening was absolutely amazing. The staff is very nice and polite. Breakfast on the other hand is only good when you get up early.. Otherwise you'll find cold bacon and eggs at the buffet. Lunch is made up of salad buffet and soup... But since there's so much to eat at dinner, that doesn't really matter. The rooms were clean and nice, but the bathroom offers only regular soap, so be sure to bring your own shower gel. Would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Loipersdorf for a couple of days.

We were completely satisfied! Our stay was very short, but clearly everything was perfect. You can tell that consistent emphasis is placed on quality. The rooms are nice, the food is very good and the service is very friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, the thermal baths and therefore the hotel are quite impressive. But apart from that everything worked out for us. So I can happily recommend the hotel to everyone!

I booked a 2-day spa stay and 1 night at the Thermenhotel Leitner with my girlfriend and paid around 430 euros including dinner, lunch snack and breakfast. I can't say anything negative about the hotel itself. Clean rooms, good food and mostly nice staff. Unfortunately, we had to leave early around midday on the second day (Saturday) because the thermal baths were so overcrowded that day that we couldn't even think of relaxing. There wasn't a free lounger in any of the areas, even though when you booked the hotel you were supposed to get a lounger in the "hotel's own thermal bath area". When I informed the lady at reception upon departure that the loungers with the "Hotel Leitner" pillows were being used by guests who had not checked into the hotel and were therefore not available to hotel guests, I was told that there was nothing they could do about this Yes, it's a problem in the thermal baths and not in the hotel. When I tried it with my girlfriend on day 2 in the Schaffelbad area (only for adults) and there were no loungers available there either (stay in the Schaffelbad just under 7 minutes), we were allowed to pay the entrance fee that day to search for an unsuccessful lounger. All in all, not very relaxing for this pile of money. In the future, the hotel staff could place a lot more value on their "hotel's own thermal spa area" if they want to do good for their guests. All you can say about the thermal spa itself is that on busy days the greed for money is apparently so great that far more guests are allowed in than there are loungers available. The pools are overcrowded and there is no longer any possibility of relaxation.
